Phillies - Marlins Recap Quickie

The Phillies picked up their fifth straight win after beating the Miami Marlins 7-4 on Wednesday night. After the Marlins jumped out to a 2-0 lead Maikel Franco gave the Phillies a 4-2 lead with a grand slam (second of season) in the third inning. Freddy Galvis made it 5-2 with a solo homer in the sixth. The Marlins cut it to 5-3 with a run in the seventh. Michael Saunders first home run of the season put the Phillies up 7-3. The Marlins would add one more run in the ninth. The Phillies improve to 10-9, and move into a second place tie with the Marlins who dropped to 10-9 with the loss.
