Phillies - Cubs Recap Quickie

The Phillies drop their third straight game and finish their road trip 1-6 after a 5-4 loss to the Cubs in thirteen innings. With the game tied 3-3 heading into the eighth Cameron Rupp gave the Phillies a 4-3 lead with his second home run of the season. Miguel Montero would tie the game 4-4 with his third home run in the bottom half of the inning. The Cubs would win it the thirteenth thanks to a throwing error by Phillies SS Freddy Galvis that allowed Albert Almora to score the winning run.
The Phillies drop to 12-15, and the Cubs win their third straight and improve to16-12.
