Phillies - Rockies Recap Quickie

The Rockies took game 2 of their four game series with the Phillies by the score of 8-2. Charlie Blackmon's first  home run of the game in the top of the third gave the Rockies a 2-0 lead. Thanks to a bases loaded walk to Andres Blanco in the bottom half of the inning cut the Rockies' lead to 2-1. The Rockies would then use a five run fourth inning that included Charlie Blackmon's second home run of the game to go up 7-1. Gerardo Parra would make it 8-1 with a solo home run in the sixth inning. Andrew Knapp would end the scoring and give the Phillies their second run with a solo home run in the ninth. The Phillies lose their third straight and drop to15-28, and the Rockies win their third straight and improve to 30-17.
