Phillies - Giants Recap Quickie

Finally some good news for the Phillies and their fans. The Phillies snapped their five game losing streak with a 5-3 win over the Giants on Saturday afternoon. The Phillies used a four run sixth inning to break a 1-1 tie that included a Odubel Herrera bases clearing 3 run double to go up 5-1. Things did get a little interesting in the ninth with Hector Neris surrendering a pair of runs before Jeanmar Gomez  got the final out to pick up the save.Ben Lively made his first career start for the Phillies and picked up his first career win. The Phillies improve to 18-35, and the Giants drop to 23-34.
