Phillies - Brewers Recap Quickie

After dropping the first two games of the series to the Brewers the Phillies avoided the sweep with a 5-2 win in the series finale on Sunday afternoon. Odubel Herrera gave the Phillies a 1-0 lead in the fifth on a ground rule double. Brett Phillips gave the Brewers a 2-1 lead in the bottom half of the inning with his first home run of his major league career. Nick Williams returned the favor in the top of the sixth with his first career grand slam to put the Phillies up 5-2 which would turn out to be the eventual final score. The Phillies improve to 30-60  with the win, and the Brewers drop to 52-42 with the loss.
