Phillies - Padres Recap Quickie

The Phillies snapped the five game losing streak with a 7-1 over the Padres in the series finale on Sunday afternoon. The Phillies offense hit 6 home runs, 2 by Freddy Galvis, off Padres pitching and jumped out to a 7-0 lead. The Padres were able to avoid the shutout by getting their lone run off Hector Neris  on a sacrifice fly by Hector Sanchez in the ninth inning. Jerad Eickhoff, just off the DL, pitched five scoreless innings to pick up his first win of the season. The Phillies head into the All Star break at 29-58 with the win and the Padres drop to 38-50 at the break.
