Phillies - Mets Recap Quickie

The Phillies dropped the series finale against the Mets by the score of 6-2. Michael Conforto put the Mets up 2-0 in the first with a two run homer. Rhys Hoskins picked up his first RBI in the bottom of the first on a ground out to cut the score to 2-1. Hoskins would pick up his first major league hit in the fifth. Curtis Granderson put the Mets up 4-1 with a two run homer in the fifth. A wild pitch in the bottom of the fifth allowed Freddy Galvis to score to make it 4-2.  The Mets went up 6-2 on RBI singles by Curtis Granderson, and Wilmer Flores in the seventh, and that would turn out to be the final score. The Phillies drop to 43-72, and the Mets improve to 53-62.
